2. Visiting the website
When a customer visits our website, their data, such as the date, time, browser request and generally transmitted information about the operating system and browser, is stored temporarily in a log file. This data is used to enable the use of the website. It forms the basis for anonymous statistical analyses, so that trends can be identified that allow Wealthyard Capital to improve its products and services accordingly. IP addresses are analysed by Wealthyard Capital only in the event of an attack on Wealthyard Capital’s network infrastructure. Wealthyard Capital uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ to analyse website usage and compile reports about website activity. Cookies can be deactivated in the browser settings.
3. Security and liability
The protection of customer data is very important to Wealthyard Capital. However, it is unable to guarantee complete security, as no internet data transmission is fully secure. Wealthyard Capital assumes no liability for prohibited actions by third parties or for any resulting damage or loss.
4. Email enquiries
Customers may make online enquiries on Wealthyard Capital’s website. To do so, they must provide their email address. They are able to provide additional information voluntarily (first name, surname, language, date of birth) that enables Wealthyard Capital to offer them a more personalised service.
